Abstracts for poster presentations at the symposium are welcomed.  

 

STUDENT POSTER CONTEST

Students submitting poster abstracts will automatically participate to a contest for the three (3) best student posters presented (the student must attend the poster sessions). 

 

CALL FOR SELECTED SHORT SYMPOSIUM TALKS

PhD students, postdocs, and early career scientists (within 3 years of PhD) can request that their submitted contribution be considered for a short talk of 12 minutes (+3 mins for questions) during the symposium (instead of poster). Abstracts will be evaluated and selected by the Organizing Committee.

SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTS

1) Abstracts to be submitted must follow the template format (.doc or .docx) provided under downloads and must be in English(otherwise they will be returned to the author).

2) The email subject should be "ABSTRACT SUBMISSION - YOUR LAST NAME".

3) If you would like to participate to the "Call for selected short talks", the email subject should be "ABSTRACT SUBMISSION - SHORT TALK - YOUR LAST NAME". Also, indicate in the email if you are PhD student, postdoc, or early career scientist (provide year since your graduation).

5) Final abstract acceptance depends upon confirmation of the participant's registration. Authors can send a copy of their confirmation of payment/registration together with the abstract submission.
