Participants are welcomed to register as LISTENERS, if they wish to only listen to the symposium, or as CONTRIBUTORS, if they wish to submit an abstract for a poster/short talk to present at the symposium.

DEADLINES

Early Bird Registration: 27. Sept. 2015

Registration open until: 15. Oct. 2015

 

REGISTRATION 

1) Registration form: Enter the registration site provided by UNESP, go to Inscrição>Ficha de Inscrição and follow the instructions: UNESP EVENT LINK.

2) Fill out the registration form as indicated.

3) Payment: enter the registration site provided by UNESP (see above). go to Inscrição>2° Via Boleto bancário and follow the instructions (see Registration Fees below).

4) Send registration form and copy of payment receipt (for Brazilians) or registration form only (non-Brazilians) by email with the subject "REGISTRATION" and your full name (example: REGISTRATION - Maria Gomez) to legume.morphology@gmail.com. 

5) Send your abstract in a separate email folowing the instruction on the abstracts site here.

Early Bird NON-STUDENT... R$ 150 (ca. 40 US Dollars)

 

From 28. Sept. until 15. Oct. 

Regular STUDENT............... R$ 200 (ca. 52 US Dollars)

Regular NON-STUDENT...... R$ 250 (ca. 66 US Dollars)

 

Note: Non-Brazilian participants will be allowed to pay for the registration on site (first day of event) and will be charged the fee according to the date of their online registration.
